Dr. Jaclyn Smeaton

Jaclyn Smeaton, ND

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Jaclyn Smeaton, ND, is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Precision Analytical and a naturopathic physician focused on infertility, reproductive, and genitourinary health. In addition to her private practice, Hello Fertility, she is a prolific teacher in the field of reproductive endocrinology and hormones and has trained thousands of clinicians on her treatment methodology.

Dr. Smeaton has extensive leadership experience in integrative medicine including as president of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, as an ambassador for the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, and a board member of the Integrative Health Policy Consortium.

Dr. Allison Smith

Allison Smith, ND

Lead Clinical Educator

Dr. Allison Smith completed her N.D. at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and has worked in private practice focusing on primary care, women’s health and dermatologic laser therapy. Over the last 10 years, she has consulted with providers on thousands of cases in the context of hormone testing and brought awareness of testing to providers in clinical practice through consulting, webinars, case presentations, and articles. She now leads an esteemed lineup of clinical educators at Precision Analytical, home of the DUTCH test. 

Dr. Kelly Ruef

Kelly Ruef, ND 

Clinical Educator

Dr. Ruef is a licensed naturopathic doctor who completed her medical education at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. She completed a private residency at Pearl Natural Health in downtown Portland, where she specialized in inflammatory bowel diseases and women’s health.  

Currently, she is a clinical educator for Precision Analytical, makers of the DUTCH Test where she spends most of her time educating on how urine testing can improve the field of women’s and men’s health. With her background in biochemistry and cell biology, Dr. Ruef loves learning about the hormones and biochemical pathways in the human body, and she makes a point to share what she has learned through videos, blogs, social media posts, and podcasts with the hope that her education will help us all find happiness in health.  

Dr. Tim Hyatt

Tim Hyatt, ND

Clinical Educator

Dr. Tim Hyatt received his doctorate in naturopathic medicine in 2006. He brings a broad range of skills and perspectives from years of clinical practice and is currently serves as a clinical educator for Precision Analytical in McMinnville, Oregon. His medical interests include endocrine function, neurochemistry and physical medicine. Dr. Hyatt is also the president of Biogenic Nutrition LLC, a nutraceutical company specializing in unique, condition-specific formulas. 

Rebecca Clemson

Rebecca Clemson, ND

Clinical Educator

Dr. Clemson is a licensed naturopathic doctor who is passionate about educating and empowering others to reach their full potential in health, wellness, and life. She graduated with honors from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 2017. Following graduation, she spent five years in a private family practice with a focus on women’s health and hormones. She has completed advanced training in functional endocrinology, menopause and andropause, thyroid health, fertility, and hormone replacement therapy. She has been a clinical educator with DUTCH for several years.
