What is Dysmenorrhea?
Dysmenorrhea refers to painful menstrual cramps that occur before or during menstruation. It can be classified into Primary Dysmenorrhea, which occurs without an underlying medical condition, and Secondary Dysmenorrhea, which is related to underlying reproductive health issues, such as endometriosis, fibroids, or pelvic inflammatory disease.
