Make For Better Testing
Salivary hormone tests may miss important progesterone and estrogen peaks if not timed precisely, especially for women with irregular cycles. DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ uses multiple first-morning urine samples and adjusts testing based on the actual length of the cycle, providing a clearer picture of both ovulatory and luteal peaks.
Better Testing Makes
For Better Treatment
The DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ test provides a detailed graphical view of the patient’s entire menstrual cycle, allowing providers to accurately track ovulation, identify causes of mid-cycle spotting or hormonal migraines, and assess ovarian function. With this comprehensive information, providers can better address fertility issues and tailor treatment plans to each patient's specific needs.
Methods Used
For Testing
We test estrogen and progesterone metabolites nine times using LC-MS/MS, the most accurate method for measuring these hormones and their byproducts in urine.
