Sarah Tindall, ND

| 01/28/2026 | 8:00 PM UTC

Stress is one of the most commonly discussed – and often oversimplified – topics in integrative medicine. This webinar offers a clinically grounded, biopsychosocial exploration of the human stress response, reframing stress as a dynamic adaptive process rather than a static diagnosis.

Register to learn more about:

  • The physiology of stress
  • Key stress-related markers on the DUTCH Test
  • How to distinguish patterns of acute versus chronic stress through hormone metabolites and diurnal rhythms
  • Biological, psychological, and social contributors to stress expression, including how context, perception, and physiologic reserve shape laboratory findings
  • Evidence-based strategies shown to improve stress resilience over time, such as nervous system regulation, lifestyle interventions, and cognitive approaches
