Mastering Your Internal Clock: Sleep, Circadian Rhythms & Men's Vitality

Abigail Ellsworth, ND

| 11/18/2026 | 8:00 PM UTC

Join Dr. Abigail Ellsworth for this month's webinar on a functional medicine approach to optimizing male hormonal and reproductive health through sleep and circadian rhythm. She will review the research on how the body's internal clock regulates androgen production and how circadian disruption from poor sleep, shift work, late-night light exposure and irregular meal timing affects testosterone levels, mood, sexual function, and prostate health. Dr. Ellsworth will also cover how to identify these disruptions and how to work with natural, rhythm-based strategies that restore hormonal balance, improve sleep quality, and support male vitality.

Register to learn more about:

  • How circadian rhythms and sleep architecture regulate testosterone and other androgens, and how to assess your patients for rhythm-related hormonal imbalances
  • The research on how sleep deprivation, sleep apnea, and circadian misalignment affect sperm quality, reproductive physiology, and male fertility
  • How to use biomarkers, including hormone testing and sleep assessments, to evaluate androgen status and reproductive health
  • Natural strategies to realign circadian rhythm, including light exposure, sleep–wake consistency, meal timing and evening routines, and how to personalize them for each patient
  • Lifestyle, nutritional and botanical approaches that support healthy androgen production, fertility and restorative sleep
