UPS offers two free shipping options for returning specimens to our lab (available only for patients in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands):

1. Print a return label to affix to your package
2. Generate a custom QR code for UPS to print the label for you.

**Please be sure to get a receipt from UPS and save a copy of your return tracking number to track your package. Precision Analytical cannot provide any update on tracking until it has been received and processed by our laboratory.
