This role will work onsite in our McMinnville, OR location. We offer a starting rate of $18.00 an hour. This is a limited duration position up to 12 months.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for effectively receiving mail, organizing and accessioning samples for our lab, which includes entering confidential patient information into our internal database. Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and thrive in a team environment.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, organize and process incoming test kits; match samples to requisition and verify payments
- Accession samples for lab; enter provider and patient information into internal database and ensure sample sheets are complete using an extreme level of accuracy and attention
- Work with urine and saliva samples
- Troubleshoot basic issues and research solutions; support other team members with questions or support as needed
- Resolve patient, provider, facility, collection, and payment issues; contact customers as needed via phone or email to gain information and fix clerical issues, providing excellent customer service and follow up
- Follow investigation practice to process upgrades, downgrades, return kits, and full or partial rejects
- Complete all training activities to have knowledge and experience in receiving mail, data entry 1 and 2, shipping basics, and new account basics
- Perform basic office tasks such organizing, filing, copying, emails
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Collaboratively perform other duties as needed to support company goals
- May deliver and pick up mail to/from the post office or as needed with other carriers
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- High-school degree, or equivalent
- Experience in a related work environment, or with data entry, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer technology experience and the ability to learn systems quickly and effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) will help in the training and initial success of this position
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills; the ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively at all levels and with all customers, internally and externally
- Dependable and punctual; ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and/or weekends as needed

Work Environment:
This position is located in an office/lab environment with frequent use of a computer and related hardware. A person must be able to stand and/or sit and effectively move around the building; see, hear and talk; use hands to type, handle or feel tools or controls; use hands and arms to reach. This position requires lifting up to 25lbs and use of PPE when working with urine and saliva samples.
