About our speaker
Dr. Bindiya Gandhi is a double board-certified Family and Integrative Medicine physician and Founder and Medical Director of Revive Atlanta MD. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specializes in obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic dysfunction, with a particular focus on the hormonal drivers of weight regulation including leptin resistance and GLP-1 signaling. An early clinical adopter of GLP-1 therapies, Dr. Gandhi has treated thousands of patients and developed a systems-based approach that combines precision diagnostics, gut microbiome optimization, and targeted nutrition to address the root causes of weight loss resistance. Her work centers on reframing obesity as a neurohormonal signaling disorder, and her mission is to replace shame with science in the conversation around sustainable weight loss.
