Dr. Jaime Seeman is a board-certified OB-GYN, health advocate, and a fierce proponent of women embracing strength in both their physical and mental lives. Her own health struggles with hypothyroidism and pre-diabetes, along with the loss of a close friend in 2015, transformed her mindset and career, leading her to make her own health a lifelong mission. A former college athlete and Mrs. Nebraska 2020, she is also a mother of three daughters, an advocate for resistance training for women of all ages, and the author of Hard to Kill, in which she outlines the five pillars of health that guide her philosophy. Known online as "Dr. Fit and Fabulous," she inspires women globally to take control of their health, lead with confidence, and live life to the fullest.
