AN IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE FROM PRECISION ANALYTICAL
McMinnville, OR — (March 13, 2020) –
At Precision Analytical, the health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priorities amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to share information about how we continue to operate safely and effectively. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the coronavirus.
Our team is monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as federal, state, and local agencies to help ensure the actions we take are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance. Our lab and team reside in Oregon and our Governor has ordered the state’s public schools to cancel classes March 16 through April 28 to slow the spread of the coronavirus. While this mandate affects many of our employees who are working parents, we are prepared.
We realize patient care is our customers’ number one priority and diagnostic testing plays a vital role in a provider’s patient assessment. As a result, we have put into place plans across all departments to ensure day-to-day business activities continue to run safely and with the highest quality of service and dependability our customers have come to expect.
We are updating our website with front and center messages on specimen storage and patient health, and we are regularly posting about internal safety measures and offering health reminders on all of our social media channels. We are working hard to carry on business as usual to provide the best customer service and test accuracy our customers deserve while minimizing the potential spread of the coronavirus.
As local and national guidelines evolve, we will update the public with any modifications which impact our day-to-day operations.
