We have established a target salary range for this role, which is $47,630-$53,858. This range is open to negotiation based on your experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide targeted support to marketing and production projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic objectives under the guidance of the Director of Marketing. Successful candidates will manage projects of varying complexity, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

The position reports to the Director of Marketing and supports various business objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for supporting planning, administering, and completing assigned projects, particularly in marketing and production.
  • Schedule calendar events for podcasts, webinars, blogs and manage social media activation of guests.
  • Facilitate webinar/podcast recording kit shipping/receiving.
  • Manage various marketing inboxes, responding to, directing or elevating email correspondence.
  • Coordinate conference needs and objects as they relate to marketing team responsibilities.
  • Assist in Wrike tasks management (assist with check-ins with designers, editors, etc.).
  • Facilitate recording studio gear management (ensure equipment remains organized/tidy and all gear is inventoried/tracked).
  • Platform community management as needed.
  • Organize and actively participate in project meetings, possibly facilitating discussions or presenting strategic marketing information; document and distribute meeting notes as needed.
  • Effectively collaborate with other departments as needed to align marketing with broader company initiatives.
  • Follow up on important actions and decisions to ensure timelines are met and critical information is communicated effectively.
  • Support in the preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings or other communications, including presentations, print-outs, project calendars, notifications, etc.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is maintained effectively, either electronically or on paper.
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information, liaising with external vendors as necessary to meet project requirements.

  • Collaboratively perform other duties as needed to support company goals.
  • Support the Director of Marketing with various ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • This is an entry level position but 1-2 years' experience with project coordination, social media, administrative support or similar responsibilities is desired.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Project Management software including Calendars, Wrike, Slack, Teams, Figma, Notion, etc.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, meeting organization, and other administrative procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and work with multiple leaders
  • Strong attention to detail; including the ability to accurately draft and proof written correspondence, with few errors
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively, internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be results oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and/or weekends as needed
  • Positive attitude; cheerleader for our people, culture, company and brand

Work Environment:

This position is a hybrid position, working both onsite at our McMinnville office, and in a remote environment with frequent use of a computer and related hardware.  A person must be able to stand and/or sit; see, hear and talk; use hands to type, handle or feel tools or controls; use hands and arms to reach. Occasionally lifting/moving up to 30lbs is also required.

In addition, this position may require a person to travel occasionally via car, airplane, and other modes of transportation to various sites including Precision Analytical locations, stores or vendor locations, training or meeting venues, or conferences.
