Need a New, Prepaid Return Shipping Label?
If you need a return label for shipping your specimens back to the lab, you can request one.
FedEx offers two free shipping options for returning specimens to our lab (available only for patients in the US, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands):
- Print a return label to affix to your package
- Generate a custom QR code for FedEx to print the label for you.
