Using a DUTCH Test with my RDN is the reason I finally was able to understand how my body was suffering from chronic stress, and how we could help my body recover and live its best life!

I will probably have a DUTCH Test once a year for as long as I’m alive, because I feel like I get a really good launching pad just to help me be the healthiest version of myself.

For me the DUTCH Test is just a great way to peek under the hood…to check my hormone levels on a consistent basis and make sure everything’s on track so I’m confident that my performance is headed in the right direction.
