Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for answering calls and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills are necessary for this position. The perfect candidate is a super friendly professional who loves to work with people. This position requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.


  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Managing emails, faxes and filing
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/resources
  • Accessing internal database seeking doctor/patient information
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Troubleshooting issues and researching solutions
  • Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed


  • High-school degree, GED or higher
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Requires excellent listening skills
  • Detail-oriented and task-oriented
  • Be an effective team-player committed to company goals
  • Must have computer technology experience
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, Word and Excel (preferred)
