IT Help Desk

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Help Desk position to assist with the organizational needs. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with technical projects, we’d like to meet you.


  • Responding to, trouble-shooting, and correcting IT issues in various departments
  • Maintaining and scripting Active Directory
  • Setting up workstations for new employees (or moving stations of existing)
  • Maintaining and customizing Sharepoint
  • Maintaining Imaged PCs via software
  • Review existing IT systems and internal processes; collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within IT infrastructures


  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven work experience in an IT support role
  • Help Desk experience, preferred
  • Understanding of business practices
  • Familiar with HIPPA, PIAA, and Security clearance
  • Some developer/scripting language, .NET preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal skills
